Pure Family Fitness KidsClub is all-inclusive child care, with activities for all ages that promote fitness and healthy living. 

Salisbury KidsClub Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8am – 1pm | 3pm – 8pm
Friday: 8am – 1pm | 3pm – 7pm
Saturday: 8am – 1pm
Sunday: 8am – 12pm

DANCE FIT is a combination of Zumba & Pound Fusion making a custom fun and energetic class for kids ages 5 & up!

KIDS POUND: Using light-weight drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND ® transforms drumming into a fun and effective way of working out!

KIDS ZUMBA: Your new age dance, fitness, and fun. One of the fastest growing dance-based fitness crazes in the country. Upbeat Latin rhythms paired with international dance steps will have kids staying fit while having fun!

Youth S.W.E.A.T.

Ages 8-12

Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, YOUTH SWEAT led by Coach Daniel Manning provides a program that is safe, FUN, and energetic. YOUTH SWEAT uses a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to build strength and conditioning in children.
In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child makes better food choices, has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of sport-related injury.
