  • GENERAL MANAGER

    Jr is originally from Havelock, NC and moved here thanks to a college friend who convinced him (thanks Chase!) this was the place be.

    He moved previously from Bristol, TN where he spent 5 years at King University playing baseball and studying Exercise Science. After the first 4 years, he then would go on to get a masters in Business Administration.

    Jr. has been working with Pure Family Fitness since August of 2023. He started as a front desk employee at our Salisbury location and was promoted in February of 2024 to Manager of our North Ocean City location. When not working you can see him working out, playing golf, or spending time with his dog (Ryder).

  • Drew Berke

    HEAD PERSONAL TRAINER - ALL CLUBS

    MASTER PERSONAL TRAINER

    With a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and over 10 years of experience, Drew was a former Strength and Conditioning Coach for a Division II university before becoming a private personal trainer. He works with many age groups and goals, and is keen on identifying movement limitations and/or injuries. Individual and specific programs from Drew highlight important factors such as behavior, nutrition, and movement efficiency. Being a father of 3 young children, he understands what challenges life throws at us all, and he is up to the task of helping you push through yours!

    CERTIFICATIONS: NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USAW Level 1, Titelist Preformance Institute - Level 1, SWEAT Coordinator and Coach.

  • Chandi Long

    MASTER TRAINER

    Chandi has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. She loves working with all types of clients, and customizes programs specific to each person’s needs. She specializes in corrective exercise, post rehabilitation, weight loss, senior fitness, pre/post natal exercise, cancer recovery, and behavioral change.

    CERTIFICATIONS: NASM-CPT, NASM-Nutrition Specialist, BS Towson University, FMS Level 2, NASM-Weight Loss Specialist, Group Cycle Instructor.

  • Amy McFarland

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Amy is an SU alum who discovered her passion for helping people become healthier and active while in college pursuing her BS in Exercise Science. She has worked in the gym and physical therapy clinics ever since. Amy enjoys helping members of all levels of fitness to achieve their goals in a safe and fun environment!

  • Deion Johnson

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Deion is a NASM-CPT who quickly found his passion for fitness at a young age by experiencing the health benefits first hand as he battled with weight management through childhood. This drove him into training in Muay-Thai and wrestling where he continued to learn how to blend weight training, calisthenics, and HIIT circuits in order to achieve optimal strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic conditioning. As an athlete that has recovered from 2 torn ACL’s he’s no stranger to the obstacles and challenges that arise in every fitness journey and is determined to help you set and achieve your goals with the same persistence that he applies to himself.

    Functional strength training, weight loss, and HIIT training.

  • Elena Kimbrew

    NASM CPT, GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

    Fitness has always been a big part of Elena’s life, and after getting her certification in 2019, she is happy to be able to help others achieve their own goals and live a healthy lifestyle. Elena understands how important it is to have someone who understands where you want to be and how to get you there, while supporting and motivating you along the way. Elena loves working with clients for functional training and weight loss, but she is most passionate about physique building and helping women to achieve their desired look.
    Specializes in Functional and Circuit Training, Body Transformations, and Goal Setting.

  • Charlene Datesman

    GROUP FITNESS DIRECTOR, CPT

    Before joining the team, Charlene’s passion for health and fitness led her to gain her first certification with Les Mills RPM followed by a host of others, including her NASM personal training certification. Some of Charlene’s favorite classes include BODYCOMBAT, SPRINT, GRIT, and CORE. She is passionate about showing others that fitness can be fun. Outside of Pure, Charlene enjoys yardwork, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

    CERTIFICATIONS: Mad Dogg Athletics Cycling, Insanity by Beach Body, NASM-CPT, NASM PES, Les Mills RPM, BodyPump, Core, BodyCombat, Sprint, Grit, and BodyBalance. FMS Level 1.

  • Jack Rosenberg

    NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Jack is a former college baseball player who became obsessed with pushing the bounds of overall human health and performance through training. He was driven to join the health and fitness field after successfully rehabbed two major injuries: fractured vertebraes in lower back and Tommy John surgery, without the help of medical professionals or physical therapists. Instead he implemented a cutting edge view of training and rehab that is applicable to all people no matter their gym experience. He truly believes that everyone is an athlete and trains them to push their limits no matter their age or fitness level.

    Jack’s goal is to create programs that are engaging and fun, while also allowing for gains in strength, athleticism, mobility, and explosiveness.

    Specialties include strength training, improving overall athleticism, rehabbing injuries, training for hypertrophy while improving mobility

  • Dan Bryant

    MASTER TRAINER

    As a dedicated personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and over 15 years of experience, Dan is committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through science-based nutrition and training methods. Specializing in body transformations, he has worked with countless clients to achieve remarkable results. His services include fat loss, muscle gaining, reverse dieting, bodybuilding contest prep and peak week protocol, as well as personalized workout programming. He believes in establishing meaningful relationships with my clients through reliable, consistent, open, and honest communication.
