CLUB MANAGER
Dylan has been working with Pure since Spring of 2022. He started in our Millsboro location, and then was promoted to Manager of the West OC branch a year later. His favorite part of the gym is the interactions he gets with the variety of different members that come through his doors, and he says he never gets bored! He loves to read, smoke cigars, watch basketball, and spend time with his friends/family. His favorite exercise is the rower (full body work, and he knocks cardio off his todo list).

Drew Berke
HEAD PERSONAL TRAINER - ALL CLUBS
MASTER PERSONAL TRAINER
With a Masterβs Degree in Exercise Science and over 10 years of experience, Drew was a former Strength and Conditioning Coach for a Division II university before becoming a private personal trainer. He works with many age groups and goals, and is keen on identifying movement limitations and/or injuries. Individual and specific programs from Drew highlight important factors such as behavior, nutrition, and movement efficiency. Being a father of 3 young children, he understands what challenges life throws at us all, and he is up to the task of helping you push through yours!
CERTIFICATIONS: NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USAW Level 1, Titelist Preformance Institute - Level 1, SWEAT Coordinator and Coach.

Chandi Long
MASTER TRAINER
Chandi has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. She loves working with all types of clients, and customizes programs specific to each personβs needs. She specializes in corrective exercise, post rehabilitation, weight loss, senior fitness, pre/post natal exercise, cancer recovery, and behavioral change.
CERTIFICATIONS: NASM-CPT, NASM-Nutrition Specialist, BS Towson University, FMS Level 2, NASM-Weight Loss Specialist, Group Cycle Instructor.

Amy McFarland
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Amy is an SU alum who discovered her passion for helping people become healthier and active while in college pursuing her BS in Exercise Science. She has worked in the gym and physical therapy clinics ever since. Amy enjoys helping members of all levels of fitness to achieve their goals in a safe and fun environment!

As a dedicated personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and over 15 years of experience, Dan is committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through science-based nutrition and training methods. Specializing in body transformations, he has worked with countless clients to achieve remarkable results. His services include fat loss, muscle gaining, reverse dieting, bodybuilding contest prep and peak week protocol, as well as personalized workout programming. He believes in establishing meaningful relationships with my clients through reliable, consistent, open, and honest communication.

Charlene Datesman
GROUP FITNESS DIRECTOR, CPT
Before joining the team, Charleneβs passion for health and fitness led her to gain her first certification with Les Mills RPM followed by a host of others, including her NASM personal training certification. Some of Charleneβs favorite classes include BODYCOMBAT, SPRINT, GRIT, and CORE. She is passionate about showing others that fitness can be fun. Outside of Pure, Charlene enjoys yardwork, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Fitness has always been a big part of Elenaβs life, and after getting her certification in 2019, she is happy to be able to help others achieve their own goals and live a healthy lifestyle. Elena understands how important it is to have someone who understands where you want to be and how to get you there, while supporting and motivating you along the way. Elena loves working with clients for functional training and weight loss, but she is most passionate about physique building and helping women to achieve their desired look.
