Charlene Datesman
GROUP FITNESS DIRECTOR, HEAD TRAINER, CPT
Before joining the team, Charlene’s passion for health and fitness led her to gain her first certification with Les Mills RPM followed by a host of others, including her NASM personal training certification. Some of Charlene’s favorite classes include BODYCOMBAT, SPRINT, GRIT, and CORE. She is passionate about showing others that fitness can be fun. Outside of Pure, Charlene enjoys yardwork, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
“I am your fitness Instructor and Trainer. My goal is to motivate and inspire you. I will push you but you will not realize how much because I will be doing it with a smile on my face. My job is to get you where you want to be and reach your goals. We strive for progress, not perfection. I’ll see you in class!”

Micah Eddy
MASTER PERSONAL TRAINER
Micah is a veteran who served in the USMC and is currently a local firefighter/EMT in Delaware. With over 15 years of experience in the personal training field, Micah specializes in functional training, youth and adult strength and conditioning, sports specific training, muscle imbalance corrective and preventative training, post-surgical rehabilitation, fat loss and weight reduction, body transformations, and competition prep.

JR Lundy
MASTER PERSONAL TRAINER
In the last three decades, JR has accumulated 8+ certifications and one professional Boxing Trainer License, including nutrition, CPT, advanced weight trainer, plyometrics instructor, aerobic instructor, cardiovascular trainer, and medical exec-therapy trainer. He has his Professional Boxing Trainer License in four States.
I’ve trained everyone from professional athletes to every day mom and pops.

Meriah Davis
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, NUTRITIONIST, AND POWERLIFTING INSTRUCTOR
Meriah completed her certification in 2021 through the International Sports and Science Association. She fell in love with fitness while on her own journey to a healthier lifestyle. If she isn’t outside gardening, going for a hike, or baking, she is most definitely at the gym! CHAD SMITH
NASM CPT AND NUTRITIONIST
Chad Smith is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutritionist with an extensive background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA who recently relocated to Delaware. He is a United States Marine Corp Veteran with over 3 decades in the health in fitness industry where he has been fortunate enough to live in a variety of locations and work with numerous individuals at all fitness levels. He has worked with those looking for sport specific training at the collegiate and semi pro level, those looking to rehabilitate, and individuals looking to improve their health and way of life.
His focus is on specific program design to achieve one’s individual goals. He takes this approach because no two people are the same and each person’s goals are specific to them. Additionally, the limitations and behaviors of each us contribute to where we want to get and how long it takes to get there. Through a comprehensive plan and realistic expectations, he believes we all can get to where we want to be if we put in the effort. For him one’s health isn’t just a choice but a way of life that he has embraced throughout his career.
