Progressive and goal oriented, SWEAT is a functional training program created by Pure Family Fitness. With the instruction of certified strength coaches and/or personal trainers, you'll learn proper technique, constantly have room for improvement, and get the support and motivation you need. This fitness program isn't just a class or training session, it's a COMMUNITY.

s.w.e.a.t classes
S.W.E.A.T (or PureSweat) Classes focus on progressive weight training, improving functional movements and improving your conditioning. with personal records tested and benchmark workout scores recorded often, members are informed and in charge of their progress with the help of trained coaches and cutting edge fitness software.
In this class, you'll find yourself constantly improving (and learning!) things like compound lifts (deadlifts, squats, snatches, overhead press, etc).

burn classes
BURN Classes are circuit training at its best. From intense body weight workouts to functional strength training exercises, this 45 minute class is great in challenging your TOTAL body and creating a healthier you. These workouts are great for any age and any skill set.
Our constantly varied approach to strength training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) functional movements and intensity at which they are performed leads to drastic gains in your fitness.
