OCEAN CITY MARYLAND’S NEWEST RUN CLUB
Whether you're vacationing in Ocean City or a year-round local, our free Pure Ocean City Run Club is the perfect way to start your day with purpose, movement, and community.
Run Club meets every Wednesday and Saturday at the Firefighters Memorial on South Division Street - OC boardwalk at 7:15am.
No timers, no pressure—just good company and a commitment to getting your steps in before the crowds.
RUN CLUB IS FREE TO ALL, MEMBER OR NOT! We run in 1, 2, and 3 mile segments, so if you can’t do a full 5k, not to worry!
Want a little something extra after your run?
Beach Boot Camp will be hosted at 8am on Saturdays at the finish line, feel free to join!

Beach Boot Camp is held on the sand every Friday (6am) and Saturday (8am) and delivers a dynamic, high-energy workout built around bodyweight conditioning, cardio bursts, and functional movement—all set to the backdrop of a sunrise surf.
Boot camp will meet at the Firefighters Memorial on 10 N Division Street (OC Boardwalk). Look for the Pure Family Fitness flags!
Beach Boot Camp is a $10.00 drop-in charge for any non-Pure Family Fitness members.

Beach Yoga Series — Ocean City, MD
PURE Family Fitness is thrilled to bring back our popular Beach Yoga Series for another summer by the shore! Join us in Ocean City, Maryland for a morning yoga experience unlike any other — breathing in the salt air, listening to the waves, and finding your zen right alongside the ocean.
Classes run from 8:00–9:00 AM ON SATURDAY MORNINGS and begin at the Firefighter Memorial on Division Street, where we'll walk together as a group to our beachside location. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to join the group walk, but if you arrive after we've headed out, just look for the PURE Family Fitness flags and you'll find us!
The Beach Yoga Series is free for all active PURE Family Fitness members, and non-members are welcome to join for a $10 drop-in fee. Just bring a towel to practice on and plenty of water — we'll handle the rest.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking for a peaceful way to start your morning, this is one summer experience you won't want to miss.

No! Run club is about community. For our faster runners, we recommend looping the course before or after the official run starts. We run a 1 mile, 2 mile, and 3.1 (5k) mile segments to accommodate all runners. Updates will be posted on our facebook group.

Yes! Whether you have a long-term or short-term membership (even week passes!), you can access all our classes for free — including Beach Boot Camp and Run Club (already free to all).

Our HIIT style workouts, beach boot camp will include many bodyweight exercises like lunges, push-ups, crunches, squats, and more.

You have the option to join our 6am sunrise class on Fridays or our 8am class on Saturdays. Both classes meet at the same location. Look for the Pure Family Fitness flags!

We run straight down the Boardwalk starting at the Firefighters memorial in West OC on the boardwalk, then back!

Yes! We offer traditional short-term memberships with our gym, and also short-term memberships that include our hot yoga studio in West OCMD. Any membership you have, whether a day-pass, week pass, or monthly membership for the summer includes all our classes for FREE. You can sign up online or via the club at the front desk.
