  • OPERATIONS / CLUB MANAGER

    Ryan retains a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Facilities Management. He is a former collegiate athlete and spent 5 years as a college baseball coach/head athletic facility manager for Bluefield University.

    Ryan has been involved with strength training and nutrition coaching for 10+ years. He thrives on being around motivated people that are dedicated to achieve their health and wellness goals. Ryan is excited to continue to build a thriving and close-knit community at Pure Family Fitness. Whether you're a seasoned gym veteran or complete beginner he is here to greet you with open arms to the Pure Family!

  • SALES MANAGER

    Cole is the definition of being raised in the gym! He got his start in our gyms back in 2006 as a regular in our kids clubs. As soon as he was able to, he became a member himself, and then part of our Staff. Cole has been working with us since 2020 and chances are no matter what location you have been to you, have seen him running around being the jack of all trades he is! Cole has worked in 8 of our clubs and loves getting to be a part of the different gym cultures each brings! When he isn’t working he enjoys working out and spending time with his puppy!

  • deni mcjilton

    MASTER TRAINER AND S.W.E.A.T COACH

    Deni has a BA in Psychology and lots of in-person counseling experience, as well as 20+ years of experience in personal training, strength/conditioning, and holistic wellness. She is a well balanced trainer in both mind and body. She has won 7 β€œBest Of” titles in multiple publications in the past 8 years. Being a working mom for most of her career, Deni understands the challenges of balancing family, work, and self. Along with her job, Deni loves paddle boarding, jet skiing, gardening, and spending time with her family.

  • Jake Philip

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND

    S.W.E.A.T HEAD COACH, GROUPX INSTRUCTOR

    With a bachelors in psychology and a NASM certification, Jake was a former college athlete and fitness coach before becoming a private personal trainer. He is not only great in helping you reach your fitness goals, but also aiding in the mental side of working out. Jake works with anyone ranging from young athletes to seniors and has a lot of experience in weight loss and strength/conditioning. From working in many different fitness environments. Jake is successful in creating a custom workout experience that fits your needs because he believes that fitness should be for everyone.

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, NUTRITIONIST, AND POWERLIFTING INSTRUCTOR

    Meriah completed her certification in 2021 through the International Sports and Science Association. She has worked with clients of all ages, from gaining muscle mass and losing weight to improving balance and energy. She fell in love with fitness while on her own journey to a healthier lifestyle. If she isn’t outside gardening, going for a hike, or baking, she is most definitely at the gym! If you are eager to learn about fitness and want to learn how to start your own journey, Meriah is perfect for you!

  • tc cornish

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    TC has been a level 2 certified personal trainer through through the W.I.T.S and is completing his NASM CPT program. He also is an undergraduate at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, majoring in Rehabilitation Counseling Services. Having over 35 years of experience in competitive sports on various platforms, this fuels his passion and enthusiasm for exercise and training. With a holistic approach to training and a philosophy of "Together We Become Strong", TC's dedication and focus on each client's needs allows for amazing results. TC Cornish has a focused emphasis on functional movements and body weight exercises, complimented by machine and free weight training.

  • Rob Jadick

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND POWER LIFTING COACH

    Graduating from Salisbury University in 2022 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching, Rob was a former college athlete before transitioning into personal training. He always had an undying love for the gym, and even began powerlifting competitively in 2020. Rob is open to working with anyone regardless of their goals, but specializes in strength training, powerbuilding/powerlifting, and hypertrophy training. With his experience, Rob is able to create custom workout plans for his clients.

    Specializations: Strength/Hypertrophy Training, Pre-Hab and Re-Hab, Functional Mobility and Stability.

  • amy worth

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Amy has been a member of Pure for years, and has recently turned her love of fitness into wanting to help others achieve their fitness goals through becoming a personal trainer. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy and is NASM certified. Amy is a busy mom of 3, and understands just how important it is to make time for your physical and mental well-being in whatever stage of life you are in. She loves working with all age groups, and will design a training program for you that fits your needs and goals.

  • Hope Barber

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Hope is currently pursuing her degree in biomedical science with a minor in psychology, as she strongly believes in the connection between the mind and the body. She has been involved in sports her entire life, but ultimately fell in love with weight-lifting. She encourages a healthy mix between enjoyable activities and pushing yourself in the gym. She loves to work with all ages, backgrounds, and goals. Her passions of nutrition, school, recovery, and lifting require her to practice a balanced lifestyle. The gym has been her mental escape for years, she is so excited to help you find that feeling as well!

    NASM Certified, focusing on functional training and movement, weight management, and injury prevention/rehabilitation.

  • Luke Chmar

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer

    Set to graduate from Salisbury University in 2026 with a bachelors in exercise science and a long term goal of becoming a physical therapist, Luke has always held personal fitness as a top priority. He has played sports throughout all of his school life, and has been in the gym training for a mix of both strength and aesthetics for over 7 years. In 2022, he became a powerlifter under multiple different organizations. Luke specializes in powerbuilding, but with his experience he is ready to help you become the best version of yourself no matter your goals.

  • Megan Holloway

    ASFA Certified Personal Trainer

    Megan completed her certification in 2016 with American Sports and Fitness Association.  With 6 years of experience, she specializes in strength training for all ages. She completed several Athletic Training courses at Salisbury University. Physical fitness became her passion after having children. She is a mother of 3 and has enjoyed this lifestyle for over 18 years.  Before becoming a trainer, she played lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, kickball and ran several races.  Outside of the gym, she enjoys the beach, kayaking, snowboarding, camping, hiking and spending time with her family.
