Linda Carter resides in Selbyville Delaware with her husband Andy of 23 years and their 3 daughters ages 20, 18 and 14. Linda is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and enjoys teaching group fitness classes at various local venues. She proudly serves on the Tour Crew for POUND representing their brand as an ambassador. She currently teaches a variety of formats including; Les Mills CORE, AMPD BUILD, Generation POUND and POUND.

Joyce was born and raised in Miami, Florida, the headquarters and birthplace of Zumba so the Latin rhythms are in her “blood”. After graduating from the University of Miami she taught junior high school Math and English in Miami, Florida; Bethesda, Maryland and Monterey, California. She did Dinner Theater in Crystal City, Virginia and Carmel, California. While in California she taught Aerobics. When she moved back East she taught for many years for the Montgomery County, Maryland Recreation Department, and the YMCA and also the Ocean Pines Recreation and Parks Department. Then one day the ZUMBA “bug” bit her so she went to Miami to get trained and certified by the founder and genius behind the ZUMBA program and his original trainers. Joyce loves the Positive Spirit and the “Exercise in Disguise” format of ZUMBA and can’t wait to pass the “ZUMBA LOVE “ on to you. She is certified in ZUMBA, ZUMBA GOLD AND ZUMBA TONING.

Kim started her fitness career with a certification in Les Mills RPM in 2013 and was recognized in Coastal Style Magazine, “Best of Cycling Instructor’s” in 2022, from there she’s been certified in 2 other Les Mills Programs: Body Pump in 2016 and Core in 2020. In addition, she completed two Fit Barre certifications in 2019/2020 . In 2022, Kim studied and completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program locally under Emmanuelle Clouser, Jared Rowan and Dawn Ehman and is registered with the National Yoga Alliance. Fitness and Yoga have helped her transform physically, mentally and spiritually. She looks forward to inspiring others and sharing her passion for fitness and yoga within the community.
